Over 25 years’ experience in Real Estate Property Management, VP for WCI communities, President for Stock Development, Regional Positions in the apartment industry throughout the United States, Licensed Realtor®.
Formerly the Vice-President if WCI Communities, Inc. Property Management Division where she managed all the WCI communities on the West Coast of Florida. This position encompassed 118 Associations and over 14,000 homes. While in this position she was an integral team member developing communities from concept, writing governing document, reaching corporate profitability goals to sales completion and turnover. She was in the WCI top 25 Star team that assisted in the IPO process.
She joined WCI prudential Real Estate 5th Avenue sales team in 2006. Subsequently she served as President for Stock Development Property Management Division and oversaw the management of multiple communities which included Lely Resort, Paseo, Grandezza, and Olde Cypress. She also headed the Preferred Builders program in which it was her responsibility to review and approve all floor plans and building materials for potential homes prior to build to ensure compliance with community standards and county codes.
Reneé joined the esteemed Keller William Realty, Inc. sales team in 2012.
